Description
Provide comprehensive space planning and design services to recommend alternatives for accommodating growth at the agency headquarters. Based on current space utilization, contractor staff and conferencing needs, the organization already had a shortage of space.

Outcome
This initial forty-five day study allowed the team to collect and analyze a broad range of variables and carry out a high-level macro study of the supply and demand factors influencing the organization’s housing needs. The organization recognized that they could meet their goals without renovating space, but rather focusing on investing in technology.
