Committed to the notion that Great People need Great Places to do Great Things, Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE) implemented a series of workplace changes to provide a dynamic environment and elevate their culture and brand.
Outcome
BGE leadership decided that a conventional change management approach would not sufficiently meet their needs. Gensler’s Change by Design methodology however, successfully addresses their desire to inform employees about the what, how and why of this workplace change. The Powering Ahead campaign engages employees by soliciting their input and feedback before, during and after each office move and empowers employees to harness the changes for their own improvement.
